Good Questions

Answers Before You Book

The things Forney and Terrell homeowners ask us most before hiring a pressure washer.

How much does pressure washing cost?

Most jobs are priced by square footage and surface type, so a driveway costs differently than a full house soft wash. Heavy staining, algae, and hard-to-reach heights add time and material. We give you a flat, written quote after a free walkthrough, and that number is what you pay.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation walkthrough where we measure and flag the tough spots. You'll have a firm price before we ever uncoil a hose.

What areas do you serve?

We're based on Commerce Street in Forney and cover Forney, Terrell, and the east Dallas suburbs. If you're nearby and not sure whether you're in range, just call and ask — we'll tell you straight.

Are you insured?

Yes, Bright Path carries liability insurance, so your property is protected while we work. We're happy to provide proof of coverage before a commercial job if your business requires it.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for tough surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like siding and stucco. We choose the method based on the material so nothing gets damaged.

Will pressure washing damage my plants or hurt my pets?

Not the way we do it. We rinse your landscaping before and after, move fragile items, and ask that pets stay indoors during the visit. Protecting your property is baked into every job — it's a big part of why neighbors keep referring us.

How long does a typical job take?

A standard driveway usually takes one to two hours, while a full house soft wash can run a half day depending on size. We'll give you a realistic time estimate with your quote so you can plan your day.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain usually isn't a problem, but storms or high wind can delay us. If the weather won't cooperate, we'll call, reschedule to the next clear window, and keep you posted — we won't leave you guessing.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily, as long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned. That said, we do like to walk the finished property with you, so many customers choose to be there at the end for the final walkthrough.

How do you handle scheduling and arrival times?

We give you a two-hour arrival window and a heads-up text before we head your way. When we commit to a time, we keep it — no all-day waiting around.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, checks, and most digital payment apps. Payment is due once the job is complete and you've walked the property with us.

How often should I have my property cleaned?

Most homeowners in the east Dallas suburbs do a driveway and house exterior once a year, often in spring after the pollen settles. Commercial storefronts usually benefit from a recurring schedule to stay presentable year-round.
